A classic Noosa style complex with absolute water frontage on a peaceful lagoon with private sandy beach. Three buildings, three stories in height (walk up). The apartment block has a sense of openess and space with emphasis placed on the well established tropical gardens.

PROPERTY FEATURES
The resort has two pools (one wader for children), gas heated during winter, plus sauna and spa. The BBQ area is near the pool, yet separate. The sauna is near the pool area but having enough privacy to suit everyone's individual needs. Undercover parking, pool table, free cable TV plus a jetty to moor your boat with a little beach on the lagoon adds to the character of the complex. All tours are arranged by on-site management to ensure needs are met.

Most apartments have two balconies and all three bedroom apartments have two bathrooms. Similarly, but not in total, a number of the two bedroom apartments also have two bathrooms
