Colonial Resort Noosa opened 1st August 2003.The resort features 3, 2 and 1 bedroom Apartments and Studio Rooms. All apartments are large, modern, sunny and are located directly across the road from the fabulous Noosa River at Noosaville. Relax by the 25m heated salt water lagoon style pool with beach entry, complete with heated outdoor spa, wading area and water features. Enjoy the outdoor BBQ area surrounded by lush tropical landscaping or BBQ's in our all-weather poolside pavilion Work out in the gym overlooking the pool then steam your worries away in the sauna. The Resort boasts a Thai Restaurant, Cafe, French Bakery, Mini-mart with deli, Hair/Beauty/Massage Salon. Tour Desk operates  8:30 am daily from Reception Wireless broadband is accessible throughout the Resort The complex features electronic security and has secure undercover parking The Resort is cared for by experienced, friendly, professional on site managers.

ROOM FEATURES
The Resort has 1, 2 and 3 bedroom self contained apartments. The Resort also has studio rooms. Apartments and Rooms are self catering.Apartments and rooms are serviced weekly. ISDN phones with data port are installed in all apartments and Studio Rooms. Bed linen, bath towels and an inital supply of toiletries are provided. Ducted reverse cycle airconditioning and ceiling fans are installed in all apartments. Split system airconditioning and ceiling fans are installed in the studio rooms. Wireless broadband is accessible in all rooms and throughout the Resort.3 BEDROOM RIVER VIEW  APARTMENTS All 3 bedroom apartments have fabulous river views 3 bedroom apartments are large, modern, well appointed, they have fabulous views over the Noosa River. 3 bedroom apartments are serviced by a lift 3 bedroom apartments have large living areas which have beautiful bamboo flooring.
